Evidence Release

The Truth Revealed

Chris Huff is the central figure behind the operations documented on this site. Many of the businesses, assets, and accounts associated with these activities are held in the name of his wife, Ashley Wilkins. Records reviewed for this site indicate that this arrangement exists in part because of Chris Huff's felony history.

The materials described below concern investor transactions, business ownership, sober-living operations, resident accounts, licensing records, communications, and video evidence.
THE RECORDS, VIDEOS, COMMUNICATIONS, TESTIMONIALS, AND OTHER SUPPORTING EVIDENCE REFERENCED ON THIS PAGE WILL BE RELEASED OCTOBER 1, 2026.

Investor Money & Pattern of Deception

The records and communications presented on this site document allegations that Chris Huff and Ashley Wilkins raised money from investors by offering and selling ownership interests in businesses.

The evidence concerns instances in which investors were allegedly sold pieces of businesses that Chris and Ashley did not actually own or did not have the authority to sell. Other records concern purported businesses or business interests that investors allege were falsified or misrepresented altogether.

Investors provided money based on these representations. The supporting contracts, communications, payment records, corporate records, and other documentation will allow readers to compare what investors were told with what the available records show.

This was not limited to a single transaction. The evidence concerns multiple transactions and representations involving business ownership, investment opportunities, and investor funds.

THE INVESTOR RECORDS AND SUPPORTING DOCUMENTATION WILL BE AVAILABLE OCTOBER 1, 2026.

Sober Living Operations

The evidence also concerns sober-living homes associated with Chris Huff and Ashley Wilkins.

Materials scheduled for release include video footage documenting conditions inside the residences, communications concerning the operation of the homes, and video testimonials from residents describing their experiences.

The evidence also includes video footage represented as showing residents actually using drugs with Chris Huff, rather than merely testimonials alleging that this occurred.

Additional resident testimonials allege that residents were offered money to get high.

The October 1 release will present the footage together with available dates, communications, resident testimony, and other supporting records so viewers can examine the underlying evidence and context directly.

Additional evidence concerns allegations that residents who relapsed were cycled back into detox or treatment and subsequently returned to sober living, allowing the same individuals to repeatedly move through sober-living and treatment services.

Individuals familiar with the residences have characterized their conditions as being more consistent with "flop houses" than legitimate sober-living environments. The actual footage of the living conditions will be released so viewers can evaluate those descriptions themselves.

THE VIDEOS, RESIDENT TESTIMONIALS, AND SOBER-LIVING RECORDS WILL BE AVAILABLE OCTOBER 1, 2026.

State Licensing

The sober-living operations associated with Chris Huff and Ashley Wilkins have held licensing or authorization with the state.

The materials presented on this site will examine how those licenses were used and whether the documented operation of the residences complied with the requirements associated with that licensing.

Licensing records will be presented alongside footage, resident accounts, communications, and other evidence concerning the actual operation and living conditions of the residences.

The underlying records will allow readers to compare what was represented to state authorities with the evidence concerning how the residences were actually operated.

THE LICENSING RECORDS AND SUPPORTING EVIDENCE WILL BE AVAILABLE OCTOBER 1, 2026.

Video Evidence of Drug Use

Among the materials scheduled for release is video footage represented as showing residents using drugs with Chris Huff.

This is separate from testimonial evidence. The October 1 materials are intended to include the underlying video itself so viewers can examine what was recorded.

The release will also include resident video testimonials describing drug use within the sober-living environment and allegations from residents that they were offered money to get high.

Available contextual information, communications, dates, and supporting records will be presented alongside the footage wherever possible.

THE VIDEO EVIDENCE WILL BE AVAILABLE OCTOBER 1, 2026.
